TVS Motor Company is all set to introduce the Ronin 225 in India tomorrow on July 5th, 2022. Recently, images of the TVS Ronin 225 have been doing rounds on the internet, revealing the exterior details. Earlier, we were expecting the Zeppelin cruiser production version to launch under the nameplate of ‘Ronin’, however the bike is a Scrambler-oriented version from the two-wheeler manufacturer.

TVS Ronin 225: Expected Price

TVS is expected to competitively price the Ronin 225 to gain interest from bike enthusiasts. It is likely to be priced between Rs 1.50 lakh to Rs 1.60 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom) in the Indian market. Upon launch, the TVS Ronin 225 will compete with the upcoming Yezdi Scrambler and Royal Enfield Hunter 350.

TVS Ronin 225: Features

According to the leaked images, the TVS Ronin 225 gets a rugged appearance owing to its high ground clearance, gold-coloured USD front fork and dual-purpose tyres. For the first time, TVS is rolling out a one-of-its-kind Scrambler offering in India.

On the feature front, the TVS Ronin 225 will likely come equipped with an LED illumination, a fully-digital instrument cluster as well as the SmartXonnect Bluetooth connectivity from the manufacturer. The Scrambler-oriented bike is expected to offer dual-channel ABS for safety purposes.

TVS Ronin 225: Specifications

In terms of engine, the TVS Ronin 225 is expected to make use of a 223cc single-cylinder engine that will churn out a power of 20 bhp and a torque of 18 Nm. A five-speed transmission might be on offer.
