Yamaha has launched the 2022 NMax 155 scooter in the China market. Built on the Aerox 155, the updated NMax 155 might come to the Indian market as well in different configurations. Here are the complete details of the 2022 Yamaha NMax 155. Read on.

2022 Yamaha NMax 155: Engine

Similar to the Aerox, the updated Yamaha NMax 155 is powered by a 155cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled VVA-equipped engine that produces 15 hp power and 13.8 Nm torque. Suspension duties are handled by a telescopic fork at the front and preload-adjustable gas-charged monoshock at the rear.

The front and rear of the scooter receives 230mm disc brakes along with a dual-channel ABS. The 2022 Yamaha NMax 155 receives a 125 mm ground clearance and 13-inch wheels.

Compared to the Aerox, the new Yamaha NMax gets a 39-litre top box accessory as optional. With a fuel tank capacity of 7.1-litre, the scooter has a kerb weight of 131kg, around 4kg more as compared to the Aerox.

2022 Yamaha NMax 155: Features

The new Yamaha NMax 155 receives a traction control system that appears to be similar to the one R15 V4 has. The 2022 NMax features an LED headlamp and LED DRLs at the front, halogen bulbs indicators and an LED tail-lamp.

As far as the technology features are concerned, the scooter comes equipped with a fully-digital instrument cluster with MyRide app functionality, Bluetooth connectivity, email, call and messages alerts and more.

Moreover, the scooter has received a weatherproof pocket along with a USB socket allowing users to charge their phone while riding. The new NMax also gets a start/stop function for the convenience of buyers.
