TVS Motor Company today released a teaser for a new upcoming electric scooter. The link to the teaser that reads TVS iQube electric scooter launch with an image that states ‘The New Mobility Formula of 123!’ hints that the company’s first-ever electric scooter, the iQube is set to get an upgrade with new features or a new variant altogether.

The teaser also shows a silhouette of the iQube which could now get a new version that boasts a longer range or upgraded connected features more like those the likes of Ather offer.

The current version on sale of the TVS iQube Electric is powered by a 4.4 kW electric motor that delivers a max speed of 78 km/h. The electric scooter offers a range of 75 km on one charge. The scooter clocks 0-40 km/h in 4.2 seconds.

The electric scooter is equipped with the next-gen TVS SmartXonnect platform and comes with an advanced TFT cluster and it can be paired with the TVS iQube app. The app offers features like geofencing, remote battery charge status, navigation assist, last park location, incoming call alerts, message alerts and a few more.

The iQube comes in a white colour scheme and gets all-LED lighting. The scooter also offers features like Q-park assist, eco and power mode, day and night display, and regenerative braking.

The electric scooter comes with comprehensive charging support with multiple options. The automaker offers SmartXHoome, a home charging solution with Bluetooth connectivity, live charging status, and RFID-enabled security.
